Returns policy
Returns must be sent back within 14 days of the date you received your order .
Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges. The cost of return shipping is at the customers expense and is non-refundable. Please return items via a traceable mail service as Sweet Pot is not responsible for lost packages returned back to us.
Please allow up to 3 business days for all returns to be processed from the date it is received by Sense of You.
Once your return has been processed, you will be notified via the email address. You will receive a email containing your Credit note details and how to use your Credit note.
Faulty Returns
We will offer a refund or store credit on any item purchased from Sweet Pot if it has a genuine manufacturing fault. Please email us sales@sweetpot.com.au before returning the item back to us with a description and image of the fault/discrepancy.
Once approved, we will then be able to cover the return postage cost and issue you with a prepaid postage slip (applicable to only Australian orders within 14 days of the purchase date). Please complete your returns form explaining the fault and post the item back to us.
International customers - In the event that you receive a faulty item, please contact us prior to returning the faulty item back to us with a description and image of the fault/discrepancy. If approved, you will be instructed to include the postage receipt with your returned package.
